I teach in two distinct traditions, Insight (Theravāda) and Sōtō Zen, so the writings below are grouped accordingly. Within each tradition, practice guides come first, so if you’re starting out or would like a review, best to begin there. Essays follow, some in a form similar to Dharma talks, others more scholarly. Writings that span both traditions are below.
