Five Guided Meditations and Dharmettes with Kodo Conlin

Description: Each weekday morning, IMC offers a guided meditation and a brief Dharma talk, broadcast live on YouTube. A different topic is offered each week and explored as the week unfolds. For this week, Kodo will lead the five mornings. The topic will be announced closer to the date.

Sessions begin with a lightly-guided, 30-minute meditation (7:00-7:30 am) followed by a brief Dharma talk (7:30-7:45 am). No registration is needed. Recordings will be available on Audiodharma and IMC's YouTube page.
