This daylong is part of a two-part series of Saturday daylongs at IMC. Mei Elliott will lead the companion daylong on Saturday, January 16, 2027. Participation in both is welcome, though not required.

Description: The day will include guided and silent meditations, alternating periods of sitting and walking, a Dharma talk, and time for questions. All are welcome, whether new to meditation or experienced. Bring lunch.
